**Position Purpose**

Biochem Environmental Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our expanding team of Sales Executives across Ontario. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, coach and mentor your team, and play a key role in driving business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideally suited for someone with a solid background in **B2B sales**, particularly in **Pest Control, Hygiene Services, or Health & Safety** industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to exceed individual and team targets.
- Spend 3 days per week in the field coaching reps, providing guidance and real-time feedback.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to support business growth.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, offering consistent support, feedback, and training.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team check-ins, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to roll out campaigns and drive key initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data (Salesforce).
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure long-term success.
- Support client escalations and high-level account management as needed.
- Manage a portfolio of designated “House” accounts and build relationships with top-tier customers.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures to optimize service and reduce operational costs.
- Uphold and promote company culture, vision, mission, and ethical standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Experience/Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a team leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in Pest Control Services, Hygiene Services, Health & Safety Service highly preferred.
- Experience selling in a business-to-business environment involving varying sales cycles and multiple levels of decision makers is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with high-volume, transactional sales and multi-level decision-making environments is a strong asset.
