As a Client Accounts Processor
- Accounts Crew, you will handle all incoming and outgoing money related items and tasks for members and brokers.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To achieve these results, the individual in this role performs the duties below:

- Process and activate all payment plans
- Review payment plans and make any necessary adjustments
- Accept and process all Hagerty Drivers Club payments
- Cancellation overrides
- Invoice suppressions
- Enter electronic and cheque payments received from members and brokers
- Make outgoing phone calls for outstanding and delinquent balances
- Generate and print member refund, broker commissions and vendor cheques
- Investigate and resolve any payment related discrepancies
- All other responsibilities as outlined by Leadership
- QUALIFICATIONS:

- Exercise quality control within all tasks performed
- Ability to work independently
- Work within a fast past environment
- Have a growth mindset
- Attention to detail with a minimum accuracy of 95%
- Able to multitask and work with high volumes
- Excellent communication skills and proven customer service abilities
- Familiarity of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable

- Accounts Crew with report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations Canada. Also, this position will work In office, located in Markham, Ontario.
