Trust us for a seamless and impactful Google Cloud journey. **Job Brief** This position reports to the Marketing Manager. **If this sounds like you, please apply We'd love to chat.** **Responsibilities** **Marketing Automation Campaign Strategy & Execution**: - Optimize lead scoring and segmentation to ensure targeted and relevant communication - Implement marketing automation best practices to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness **Compelling Content Creation**: - Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and target audience - Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create content that supports lead generation and sales enablement efforts - Tailor content to resonate with different audiences, channels, and buying personas - Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all content channels - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing - Monitor and analyze content performance, utilizing metrics to inform future content strategies **Technical Expertise**: - Become the in-house expert on all things HubSpot, staying up-to-date on the latest features and best practices - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to other team members using HubSpot - Continuously evaluate and optimize HubSpot workflows for maximum efficiency and impact, as well as identify trends and insights for further optimization. **Data Analysis & Optimization**: - Leverage HubSpot's reporting tools to track and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc) - Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI to inform strategic decision-making - Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies within HubSpot - Perform A/B testing within HubSpot to refine campaigns and maximize results **What we are looking for** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and capabilities - 3+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing campaigns or copywriting, with a proven track record of creating effective marketing content - Proficiency in Marketing & Sales Automation and CRM systems (SalesLoft, SalesIntel, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - HubSpot certifications are a plus **Skills** - Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of grammar and style - Creativity and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences - Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies would be an asset - Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making - Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Values** - Act fairly, ethically and openly in all you do - Focus on positive outcomes for our customers, always do what is right for them - Display emotional intelligence, integrity and empathy when dealing with partners, colleagues and customers **Our Workplace
