We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join the CultureAlly team. This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll be working directly with the CEO to build our marketing strategy and manage our marketing and sales campaigns.

About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our marketing efforts serve to achieve our business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, advertising, research, and lead generation. You’ll be working on and leading marketing projects including, but not limited to, our content calendar, SEO, Google Ads strategy, blog writing, social media marketing and more. This role will also be client-facing and you’ll assist with sales pitches and the coordination of the materials required to support this such as presentations, proposals, SOW’s etc. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing structure to bring consistent results to support CultureAlly’s growth targets.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing - 40%
- Help plan and execute CultureAlly's content strategy to increase traffic and drive engagement which includes SEO and a content/editorial calendar
- Ensure content is aligned with CultureAlly's messaging, voice and brand
- Manage CultureAlly's blog, LinkedIn and editorial calendars and collaborate with writers and editors to keep projects moving forward
- Competitive research and analysis
- Assist with the creation of collateral and resources, including one-pagers, videos, slide decks, case studies etc

Sales/Revenue Support - 40%
- Source and reply to RFP’s & Grants
- Prepare collateral and assist with sales pitches & discovery calls
- Follow-ups with potential new leads and prospects
- Assist with sales proposals, contracts and SOW’s
- Manage activity and keep up-to-date records in Notion and CRM (we use HubSpot)

Data & Administrative Tasks - 20%
- Track metrics and performance of content, traffic, ad conversions etc through HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Analyze and report on marketing performance across various distribution channels to show impact on the business
- Set up and maintain dashboards to generate data and reports from HubSpot (marketing & sales)
- Documentation of processes, creating templates and contributing to the sales & marketing playbooks
- Like most start-ups, we wear many hats in the company and you'll likely engage in a wide variety of interesting work that may not be included on this list.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Excellent written communication skills with an ability to craft effective and persuasive communications, presentations and collateral
- Excellent listening, verbal communication & presentation skills with the ability to adjust communication style and level of detail based on the seniority of the audience
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable with a high degree of ownership in a fast paced, collaborative and remote environment with the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable with ambiguity with solid organizational and prioritization skills including project management and multitasking skills
- Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent planning and decision-making skills around scope, timelines, and resources
- High digital literacy. We’re a 100% remote and digital company and frequently use a variety of systems and softwares (ex. Notion, Slack). You should be very comfortable using and picking up new software
- Someone who is resourceful and enjoys to build hands-on (and sometimes from scratch)

Nice to haves but not required (please don't let this hold you back from applying):

- Experience with SEO and data analysis
- Lived experience as a member of an equity-deserving group
- Bilingual: English & French

- $38,000 - $42,000 salary
