Ignite Technical is growing and we are on the hunt for another
**Recruiter **to join our team. This role will put you in the drivers’ seat of a rewarding career in technology.

**Main duties of the role**:

- ** Networking**: leverage Ignite Technical’s suite of tools and technologies to proactively identify top technical talent across Canada.
- ** Recruitment**: effectively match your growing network of IT Professionals with the hiring needs of Ignite Technical’s portfolio of clients - from large multinationals to local start-ups.
- ** Relationship Building**:develop your own ‘tribe’ of Canadian IT Professionals and build your reputation as a go-to source for industry expertise and employment.
- ** 2+ years of Sales Experience**: A demonstrated ability to empathize with your audience as well as a good understanding of the negotiation process will be key in being successful in the role. This includes inside sales or retail sales.
- ** 1+ years of Recruitment Experience**:coming into the role with a demonstrated understanding of the recruitment process and hiring cycle will give you a head start in this role. We have a slight preference for agency experience, but industry experience works great too.

**Other qualifications** that would be an asset but are not a requirement to being successful include a demonstrated understanding of technology and a post-secondary degree or diploma.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- We pay a base **salary** that increases over time, in addition to a generous **commission** structure (with no top-end), and a **bonus** system for top-performers. We provide a generous amount of **paid time off**, which also increases over time.
