**Ignite Technical Resources** is looking for a
** Technical Trainer Support** with our client for a
**6-month contract **opportunity.

**Role Description**:
The resource is responsible for assisting with the generation of resource material for numerous projects within the organization. Projects include but are not limited to, cash flow forecasting, contracts, the M365 suite, and other new or ongoing projects for IMT. The role will be accountable for ensuring that client standards for training are adhered to while collaborating with different members of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create resource guides for projects; guide sheets, communication pieces, etc.
- Coordinate and track internal technical training documents requested by the BC Housing training team.
- Work in development and production environments to generate course/user-specific training modules for employees.
- Attend meetings and document meeting notes for training-related items as directed by the Technical Trainer or Manager, Technology Programs.
- Updating the IMT Training site via SharePoint.
- Ability to generate and deliver course material virtually for external parties - Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with generating training and providing live sessions.
- Experience with Articulate 360 and RISE - the ability to create and edit video modules.
- Experience working in the public sector.
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good judgment and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.
- Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Experience building meaningful relationships with the team, other internal departments, and vendors.
