We are currently hiring a **Journeyman or Apprentice Machinist** to join our team full-time. This position involves a mix of CNC machining, repair work, and precision fabrication. You’ll work hands-on with a wide variety of parts, using both CNC lathes, mills, and shop tools.

This is a great opportunity for **experienced machinists** who want consistent, rewarding work — or **apprentices** looking to learn from seasoned tradespeople in a fast-paced, professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate **manual and CNC lathes, mills, and drill presses**:

- Read and interpret **technical drawings, schematics, and specifications**:

- **Fabricate, repair, and modify** industrial parts to exact tolerances
- Inspect and verify dimensions and quality of finished work
- Maintain shop equipment and ensure tools are in safe, working condition
- Work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive work environment

**Qualifications**
- Journeyman Machinist certification **or** registered Apprentice (any level welcome)
- Experience in oilfield, industrial, or mechanical machining environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and precision-measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Capable of lifting and handling heavy components safely
