We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Perras Weir. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders) according to specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for each job.
- Load raw materials, input program codes, and adjust machine settings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with the production team and engineering staff to optimize processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Document production activities and maintain quality records.

**Salary**: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
