**Job Overview**
We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Milton. Your main responsibility will be going **door-to-door** to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and close sales. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role, and reliable transportation is required as you’ll be on the move daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Go **door-to-door** to engage with homeowners and present our services in a professional, approachable manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and report performance metrics using project tracking tools like Homebase.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any client concerns.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or similar tools for tracking sales and client interactions is an asset.
- **A valid G2 or G class driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.**:
