We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. You will be responsible for educating clients about skincare products and services, enhancing their overall experience through personalized consultations, and promoting additional services that align with their beauty goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, microdermbrasion, microndeeling, laser hair removal.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored treatments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience in retail sales or guest services is preferred.
- Experience with laser, microndeeling, and chemical peels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others achieve their beauty goals through personalized care.
