Key ResponsibilitiesClient Services

  • Conduct personalized skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
  • Perform facials, peels, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures
  • Provide exceptional client care and build long-term relationships
  • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their visit

Treatments & Technology

  • Perform services such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser hair removal
  • Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laser and skincare equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving industry trends and technologies

Client Education

  • Advise clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
  • Recommend medical-grade products to support treatment results

Clinic Operations

  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
  • Assist with inventory and restocking skincare products and supplies
  • Accurately document client charts and treatment details

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role involves standing for extended periods, repetitive hand motions, and continuous use of arms and hands
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-focus environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (moving small equipment or product boxes)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical or clinical aesthetics
  • Laser certification or proven laser experience required
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and team-oriented approach
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals
