**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of medical aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations with clients to develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic devices and laser equipment according to established protocols.
- Educate clients on pre
- and post-treatment care, and recommend skincare products to enhance results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in aesthetics and skincare.
- Ensure a sterile and organized work environment, following proper sanitation and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and team members to provide a comprehensive approach to client care.
- **Must be willing to obtain certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments by attending training in the Toronto area, with occasional travel required for certification purposes.**

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician (required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or similar environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of skin treatments including laser therapies, chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments.
- Knowledge of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions for various skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of aesthetics.
- **Willingness to travel for certification in the Toronto area.**
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, sterile environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with advanced laser systems (e.g., IPL, laser hair removal, or fractional lasers).
- Knowledge of injectables such as Botox and fillers (a plus but not required).
- Certification in specific treatments or devices (preferred but not mandatory).
