**THE ROLE**

Purchasing, shipping and receiving materials, equipment and tools

Maintenance of the office building

Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance of warehouse and yard

Facilitate Inventory control program including inventory counts, material returns and other measures of inventory control

Tool, supplies and equipment management

Facilitate maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment

Organize company bin program ensuring bins are maintained and dumped on schedule

Coordinate annual sprinkler system and fire extinguisher management

Coordinate regular heating/cooling system maintenance and checks

Identify building and yard deficiencies or improvements to prepare and present to Procurement & Facility Management

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- A minimum of 5 years experience in shipping and receiving and or related service work
- Prior experience related to facility management in a physically demanding work environment
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Experience working with safety systems

Pay: $29.80-$32.70 per hour
