**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain organized records of patient information and office correspondence.
- Support the office team by coordinating patient flow and managing front desk operations, when needed.
- Manage phone calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette to clients and visitors, when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and enhance patient experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Telus PS Suites is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
