**A day in the life of a Technical Events Coordinator**:

**Want to get a sense of what you’ll be handling on a daily basis? Here’s a brief overview of some of your key tasks.**
- Configuration and staging of Genetec software and hardware solutions for use at tradeshows
- Configuration of demo systems to be used in the field by customers and Genetec staff
- Maintaining an inventory of Genetec demos and tradeshow equipment
- Preparation of technical documentation associated with demo and tradeshow equipment
- Ability to function as an independent worker and a team-player within fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of networking principles and the IP protocol
- Technical training in IT
- Experience in providing customer service
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in both French and English is a must
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Patience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to listen and to adapt to different personalities and situations
- Good troubleshooting skills
**Technical Requirements**:
- Good to superior knowledge of Windows Desktop family and Windows Server family
- Experience with PC configuration and troubleshooting with the Windows operating system
- Knowledge of video surveillance and access control systems
