**DESCRIPTION**
- Facilities department responsible for making sure buildings systems work harmoniously. We support- productivity of facilities and personnel,- managing risks and mitigating environmental impact.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversees and responds to routine and on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective maintenance
- Comply with applicable procedures, laws and regulations, enforce compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Coordinates and participates in facility-related projects
- Work in collaboration with the various departments to maximize the efficiency, reliability and safety of the equipment and the building
- Supervise technicians on-site and contractors
- Proposed innovative solutions with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Be a courageous safety leader; adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant education in technical building maintenance ;
- Professional Certifications and minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar role ;
- Strong adherence to a proactive health & safety culture ;
- Very good knowledge with preventive management computer systems.

**SKILLS required for the role**
- Good communicator and team player;
- Proactivity in problem-solving ;
- Adaptability to changing priorities ;
- Sense of organization and planning ;
- Positive attitude and openness to learn.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Availability outside regular working hours.
