**DESCRIPTION**

The Building Services group is responsible for the smooth operation of user services such as electricity, ventilation, heating, etc. We support the productivity and maintenance of facilities and personnel, risk management and environmental impact mitigation. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyzes, plans and coordinates requests from various departments
- Plans preventive maintenance requirements for building equipment
- Drafts detailed preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Provides emergency support outside normal working hours
- Ensures that data on various interventions is kept and that performance indicators are kept up to date
- Maintains a stimulating and harmonious work environment
- Ensures compliance with applicable procedures, laws and regulations
- Coordinates and participates in installation and modification projects
- Works closely with various departments to maximize the efficiency, reliability and safety of equipment and the building
- Supervises, coaches and trains technicians in his/her team
- Supervise work performed by subcontractors
- Be a courageous safety leader and firmly adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Relevant training in industrial maintenance and or building technology with 2, 3 years years’ relevant experience is required; a combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered.
- Certificate in Stationary Engine Mechanics class 3 with a few years' experience in a similar role (an asset)
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license (required)
