The Original FARM is a leading cannabis retailer that empowers the customer to take the best-informed decision by delivering a thoughtful and innovative customer experience. We are cannabis educators, sharing our passion and acquired knowledge with every customer.

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team in the Downtown store.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the Customer Service Associates during their shift;
- Opening, closing and cash-out duties;
- May assist with training of new associates;
- Ensure an excellent customer experience;
- Assist and educate customers with exceptional product knowledge;
- Ensure compliance to store standards and regulatory requirements;
- Implement programs and initiatives as directed by Head Office;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills; 2+ years
- Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Works well in a high volume retail environment
- Able to perform independently as well as a team member
- Strong cannabis knowledge and passion required
- BC Selling it Right Certificate

**Terms of Employment**:

- Able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required
- Must be willing to cover shifts on short notice.
- Reports to: Store Manager/Assistant Manager FOH
- Medical & Dental benefits after successful completion of the probationary period

Pay: $21.30-$21.80 per hour
