Our goals besides offering amazing Texas inspired smoked BBQ, are also to offer the best guest experience we can from a clean, and professional environment. Beginning at the till the front of house staff are there to be the face of the restaurant, offering the guests knowledgeable answers with sincerity and confidence.

We cross train all front of house employees to learn our POS system, as well as all of our front of house duties, so shifts can vary between counter person/serving, answering telephones, bussing and serving tables, assisting with dishes, making cocktails, and delivery driving for larger events. As a supervisor you will also be responsible for handling larger orders and helping the store manager ensure that business runs smoothly at all times.
