**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and manage schedules and time off.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and data.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
- Implement and maintain effective office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Suite and Canva.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is an asset.
- Familiarity with payroll processes is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
