As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the administrative and logístical aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes among stakeholders.

**How will you support the team?**
- Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) for materials and services.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors for construction needs.
- Coordinate project schedules among internal teams and contractors.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide updates on milestones.
- Track project budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Act as a liaison between interior and external partners.
- Respond to all construction requests in a timely manner and process them according to priority.

**Qualifications** The people who thrive with us have**:

- 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with procurement and scheduling tools
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with internal and external partners)
