**Présentation**

**Responsabilités**
- Contribuer à la planification et à l'exécution des projets de construction, du début à la fin.
- Coordonner les calendriers, les ressources, les équipements et les informations du projet.
- Lire et interpréter les plans et schémas afin de garantir la conformité du projet avec les spécifications de conception.
- Utiliser des logiciels de gestion de la construction tels que ProCore, Bluebeam et Primavera P6 pour le suivi et le reporting du projet.
- Réaliser des estimations de construction afin de fournir des prévisions budgétaires précises.
- Collaborer avec les chefs de projet pour établir les échéanciers et suivre l'avancement.
- Gérer une documentation complète du projet, y compris les contrats, les ordres de modification et les comptes rendus de réunion.
- Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes, notamment les clients, les entrepreneurs et les membres de l'équipe.
- Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité et des normes de qualité tout au long du projet.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience avérée en gestion ou coordination de projets dans le secteur de la construction.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de la construction (ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Excellentes compétences en lecture de plans et compréhension des concepts de génie civil (Civil 3D).
- La connaissance des outils d'estimation de la construction (HeavyBid) est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
- Grand souci du détail et aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and monitor progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of civil engineering concepts (Civil 3D).
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools (HeavyBid) is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
