A regular day for a Loan Administrator will include:

- Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system.
- Execute detailed review of inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts.
- Process daily loan modifications including but not limited to rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc.
- Posting of customer fees in the loan management system.
- Handling of funding faxes and contracts sent in by dealers.
- Replying and responding to dealer messages.
- Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.
- Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediately.

Must haves- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.- You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency.- You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills.- You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.- You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly.- You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills- Previous experience in a lending, automotive related business, or financial services.- Exposure to loan management system.- You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification.- High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Working condition:
- Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST Monday to Friday.
