**Job Summary**
The Loan Administrator is responsible for managing the full administrative lifecycle of loans, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely servicing. This position plays a critical role in supporting the lending process by coordinating with internal teams, borrows, and third-party service providers.

**Duties**

**Loan Servicing & Repayment Management**
- Process regular loan payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor borrower accounts for delinquencies, missed payments and other irregularities
- Contact customers who have missed payments to identify the cause and support loan officers or managers in developing remediation strategies
- Track and verify insurance coverage for secured loans; coordinate with clients and insurers as needed
- Process loan payoffs and discharges, including preparing discharge statements and lien releases

**Documentation & Recordkeeping**
- Maintain and update loan records, databases, and documentation
- Prepare and review loan documents such as promissory notes, security agreements and disclosures
- Ensure all loan-related files and documentation are properly stored and accessible
- Assist in audits by compiling and providing relevant loan documentation and reports

**Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and applicable laws
- Monitor loan servicing activities to detect and report potential compliance issues

**Client support, Communication and Others**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan terms, balances, payment schedules, and account status
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth loan operations
- Provide administrative support to the lending team, including report reparation and file management
- Perform other duties assigned

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- 1+ year experience with loan administration, loan servicing, or banking operations is preferred
- Knowledge of lending practices, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with mortgage, commercial, consumer loan or financial products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information
- Able to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and solve problems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
