Do you currently have your private investigator licence and an eagerness to put your investigative mindset to the test?

This role will report to their assigned Team Lead and will be responsible for various tasks, including intaking, inputting, and preparing assignments for investigation, conducting various searches and OSINT investigations, compiling updates and reports for clients, and working within our team as needed to meet our clients’ needs. The successful applicant will be committed to adhering to our internal processes to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and all outcomes are litigation-ready.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **MUST HAVE A VALID ONTARIO PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR LICENCE**:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and various search engines
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience in completing OSINT searches and investigations
- Completes all work with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach
- Communicates effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to change
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, highly organized and proactive
- Ability to deal with a constant workflow, while being able to multi-task and prioritize effectively

The following are considered an asset for this position:

- Previous experience working in private investigations or the insurance industry
- Experience in writing objective, professional and complete reports
- Experience in collecting and reviewing evidence for use in legal proceedings
- Experience with interviewing or statement taking - familiar with conducting, transcribing, or summarizing interviews
- Post-secondary education in criminology or related investigation programs
- Post-secondary education related to OSINT searches or investigations
