**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven track record in increasing sales
- Proven track record in generating followers
- Maintain daily social media on Facebook and Twitter and other applicable forms of social media
- Maintain digital marketing
- Increase the company’s media profile
- Develop and design all marketing materials such as our weekly flyer and our daily specials ads
- Responsible for image editing and layout design of all marketing materials
- Manage and design all ads in the advertising section of our weekly flyer
- Communicate with the advertising client throughout the process to ensure they are updated on project progress and client needs are met
- Manage in-store signage
- Proactively identify and bring forward new marketing ideas to encourage better customer engagement, improve efficiency, differentiate Dutchie's from the competition, and elevate the Dutchie's brand

**EXPERIENCE**:

- **4 years** minimum of relevant marketing and graphics working experience or a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe CC - Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Expertise using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Expertise in the design and layout of print or online publications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to properly estimate and meet deadlines in a calm manner
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues, and clients
- Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify and resolve problems or provide recommendations for solutions
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Graphic Design Experience

**EDUCATION**:

- Graphic Design or Marketing Diploma
