**Medical Office Assistant**

**Must Haves to Apply**

You’ll need to bring your **Medical Office Assistant (MOA)** or **Unit Clerk certificate**, along with at least **2 years of experience** (bonus points if you’ve worked in a fast-paced primary care clinic).

You should also be ready to work flexible **shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, with a Saturday **here and there.

As an MOA, your responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, managing physician schedules, and maintaining our electronic medical records with precision. You’ll assist with patient intake, document vital signs, and ensure examination rooms are ready with all necessary supplies. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in handling confidential information and providing administrative support to our medical team.
