We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency with Quickbooks
- Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, GST, WCB, contractor requirements
- Payroll experience
- Management reports
- Data entry
- Inventory management
- Overall bookkeeping and office administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years experience in a similar role considered an asset

**We Offer**:

- Full time schedule - 40 hours / week
- $25 - $33/ hour
