Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Grande Prairie, AB. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office management and administrative tasks, including maintaining office equipment, coordinating schedules, managing communication channels, and offering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring a well-ordered office environment to streamline workflow and operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing schedules, organizing files, and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Experience with operating and maintaining Office Equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with team members and clients effectively.
- Proven Customer Service skills, ensuring courteous and professional interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and organizational procedures is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in administrative support is a plus.
