Customer Service Representative

The CSR is responsible to provide customer service over the phone and in person while doing office-related duties using technology such as computers, printers and debit machines. In your capacity as a CSR you remain flexible to provide any assistance that may be required by your Office Supervisors.
**Essential Job Functions**:
In your capacity as a CSR you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Daily:
Arrive early enough so that you can boot your computer system and get your printer and programs ready to start assisting Office Manager at 8:00am sharp.
Answer and make phone calls; take phone messages; provide customer service over the phone and in person; assist in product sales and receive such payments; writing receipts; printing work orders; handle debit transactions; operating in-house program (C2S) to map techs’ days, monitor techs’ days, schedule appointments, enter data, close calls; possibly research and quote on parts; do on-line research; send and receive faxes; make photocopies; provide assistance to Office Supervisors; data entries; call history research and assist in inventory.
