**SUMMARY**

Terminal Forest Products Ltd is looking for a Log Supply Coordinator to join their Log Supply team. The Log Supply Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing the company's log inventory, as well as look after the transportation and storage of logs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enters all invoices into inventory system (including purchases, sales, transfers)
- Co-ordinate and manage the transportation of logs to/from various divisions
- Works with Log Supply Team to find the most cost effective way to transport logs.
- Communicating with various levels of employees (union, management, dispatch)
- Prepares sales invoices for customers
- Assist in annual audits (both internal & external).
- Be comfortable with supporting other departments as necessary

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in a related capacity (log supply coordinator);
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Ability to manage time efficiently, and work well under tight reporting deadlines
- Superior accuracy with meticulous attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
