**_Evergreen Sheet Metal (2018)_** has been operating in the BC Lower Mainland HVAC and Sheet Metal Industry for over 15 years. Our company is growing and we are currently looking for a professional and dedicated team player to join our team as a**_ Site Coordinator_** at our **_Richmond Centre Project_** in Richmond, and will eventually be moving to our South Yards Project in Vancouver.. This is a long-term, full-time employment opportunity, reporting to the Project Manager & Superintendent.

**Specifically, the Site Coordinator will**
- Answer and direct phone calls at that Site Office
- Coordinate shipping and Receiving and delivery schedules
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Take minutes at meetings as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Monitor and implement company safety policies
- Order office supplies and cleaning supplies
- Send orders for the prefabrication materials to suppliers
- Maintain primary relationship with suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Schedule inspections as required
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Submit, track and distribute RFI’s, shop drawings, site instructions, and drawings via Procore with site trades, design team and BIM team.
- Maintain document logs and follow up with action items.
- Manage site safety documentation for all staff and sub-trades.
- Assist the Site Project Manager & Site Foreman with various activities, including progress photos, testing reports and QA/QC.
- Be responsible for preparing Operations and Maintenance manuals and other project close-out documentation.
- Participate in a LEAN construction culture
- Perform site administrative duties
- Perform other duties as required

- Solid English skills (written and spoken)
- Prior experience with Bluebeam, Procore or similar software platforms is considered a strong asset
- First Aid training is viewed as an asset
- Able to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven work history as a site coordinator in the construction industry is considered a strong asset
- Understanding or prior experience in construction is considered an asset
- Able to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
**Work Conditions**
- This is a full-time position
- Overtime as required
- Walking through uneven grounds on construction sites
- Seating for long periods
