ARC Iberico Imports is the bridge between the finest Spanish producers and the Canadian market. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to own our end-to-end import process. This is a "hands-on" leadership role where you will manage everything from international freight negotiation to ensuring our warehouse team is humming.

Constantly seek ways to reduce lead times and shipping costs without compromising product quality.

Who You Are

  • Bilingual:
     You are
fully fluent in English and Spanish
. You can negotiate with a supplier in Spain in the morning and lead a team meeting in Richmond in the afternoon.
  • Experienced:
     You have
    3–5 years of experience
in supply chain or logistics, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Tech-Savvy:
     Mandatory experience with
    ERP software
and a high level of comfort with inventory management systems.
  • Regulatory Expert:
You understand the complexities of importing food into Canada and how to navigate customs and inspections.
  • Action-Oriented:
You have an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality. You aren't afraid to step into the warehouse to help the team solve a problem during peak periods.
