You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

**How you will contribute**

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

**THIS IS A ONE YEAR ASSIGNMENT WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION**

**Position Objectives**:
Under the direction of the Education & Training Leader, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for the tools and processes that help identify skills and develop our colleagues to successfully perform their job and grow within the organization. This position offers an excellent development opportunity if interested in a career in Training & Human Resources functions.

**Working Conditions**

Works in an office and manufacturing environment with varying levels of noise and with requirement to wear company mandated uniform and safety equipment such as safety shoes, ear plugs, hair net and uniform.

**What you need to know about this position**:
**Responsibilities/Expectations**:

- **Education & Training (E&T) Pillar**: You will own work processes on the E&T Pillar to drive the implementation and improvement of training process on site based on global best practices. You will also be conducting training sessions to train colleague on training processes and programs and coordinating trainings with external vendors and internal trainings.
- **Training Reports**:Assign training to the required stakeholders as per the annual training plan.
- **Record Management**:You will support the functions to build a list of skills for your teams and also make sure that training records are being maintained online and offline as necessary.
- **Training Systems Support**:You will be learning new computer software and systems to make sure all the above-mentioned training activities are coordinated through the new Mondelēz digital systems (i.e. Workday, ispring and Solvace).
- **Other duties and projects, as **required.**

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:

- Work experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- Is adaptable to working with different computer tech and software.
- Good time management skills and Advanced computer skills are required for MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Workday familiarity preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills required, both verbal and written

**Work schedule**
- **Monday through Friday, flexibility is required**
