We are seeking a dedicated and motivated **Full-Stack Customer Service Manager (Junior)** who is looking for a long-term career in the thriving online retail industry. This position promises growth opportunities, yearly raises, bonuses, and much more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage **returned merchandise** and update inventory accordingly.
- Conduct manual **inventory counts** as needed and adjust inventory levels.
- Assist with **outbound shipping** tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and French** (both verbal and written).
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipping processes.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon or Shopify (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
