**OUR COMPANY**

Butterfly Graphics and Printing is a Digital large-format and Small Format printing Company that serves small and large print shops across Canada. With years of experience, we have fast turnaround times and state-of-the-art technology and machinery. We specialize in a variety of large-format printing methods including rigid-materials printing, flexible-materials printing, fabric printing. Through multiple sales channels, Three online brands, marketing and sales team, we offer quality printing services to printers, brokers, design houses, and sign shops.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Large-Format Printing Equipment (**Agfa Tauro**)
- Utilize RIP Software (including Asanti, Caldera)
- Familiarity with the **Dye Sublimation** **Printing** and **Roland Printer** is an asset.
- Attention to detail for matching color proofs.
- Monitor machine efficiency and speed to ensure production levels meet or exceed standards and to make appropriate adjustments accordingly.
- Assist all large format finishing tasks when needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on the equipment, in order to keep it performing at optimal levels.
- To assist, train and share your knowledge with less experienced personnel.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures; accountable for the overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with the **I-Cutter, Esko Kongsberg or Zund** digital cutter machine is an asset.

**Qualifications**
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs., and periodically be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- A strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Have good colour matching and accuracy skills
- Complete tasks on time and efficiently problem-solve.
- Work independently with little or no supervision and as a team with the other departments.
- Able to multitask well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time.
- Hard-working, assertive, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
