MTY Group is looking for a Production Coordinator for the QSR Media Solutions Department. The production coordinator will have an eye for detail, a love for multitasking and great people skills and be responsible for the coordination of production or digital deployment of multi-channel marketing for our QSR brands. You will be reporting to thehead of the QSR Media Solutions Department while working with other departments and exterior vendors to ensure that deadlines are met.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work with our Creative & Design, Web Development, Media Support teams and external vendors to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Traffic both printed and digital media (tracking dockets and ad material) to ensure that there are no bottlenecks in workflow that will delay a project completion
- Maintain and ensure asset databases shared with the Marketing Departments are up to date
- Coordinate and oversee the proofing process among various departments - ensure that corrections get made and all departments sign off on proofs
- Ensure that all print media and distribution lists are sent to print vendors, communicate with vendors throughout production and kitting to update progress to the teams
- Ensure that all digital media is deployed on the correct date/time.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience as a project coordinator an asset
- Knowledge or basic print production an asset
- Online savvy and a fast learner of software
- Great organizational skills: handle multiple priorities, manage tight deadlines and thrive under pressure
- Great multitasking and time-management skills and sense of priority and urgency
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Initiative (ability to foresee possible problems and try to have solutions in place to prevent set problems)
- Self reliance and flexibility
- Good number sense
- Speak, read and write English fluently a must
- Speak, read and write French fluently considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps mainly but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Planner and Teams
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software considered an asset
- Strong work ethic
