EHS Partnerships Ltd. (EHSP) has an immediate opening in our Edmonton location for an Office Administrator/Project Support to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position.
**About Us**
**Position Summary**
- Scheduling couriers as needed and sorting through mail;
- Booking travel and tracking all related receipts;
- Booking employees for training and testing required for projects;
- Bulk sample processing, including completion of chains of custody, sending out lab samples, and reporting
- Completing data entry;
- Reviewing and formatting documents;
- Assisting with writing proposals and building related documents;
- Processing payments;
- Communicating with clients, as required;
- Completing and organizing client required vendor forms;
- Acting as first point of contact for visitors and clients at the office and by phone;
- Developing and maintaining office and equipment supplies inventory tracking and procurement;
- Prepare for and coordinate training courses held at EHSP, including marketing for the courses; and
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Quickbooks
- Completion of a Degree or Business Administration diploma/certificate or equivalent post-secondary program an asset
- Detail oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Good relationship building skills for creating and maintaining cooperative working relationships both internally and externally
- Good time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Able to work proactively to complete tasks and responsibilities independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
