## Job Summary

Will report to the Customer Service Manager. The regular shift for this position is 8 am - 4:30 pm.

**The objectives of the position are**:

- Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy
- File customer quotes and orders
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and/or courier
- Print manuals, price books and other materials upon request
- Perform various data entry functions
- Any other duties designated

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal, both on the phone and in person)
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Flexibility to work different shifts and/or overtime as required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work unsupervised in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Personable, eager to work with the public.
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
