**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:
- Post-secondary education (community college or other)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and multi-talk
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience with accounting software considered an asset
- Understanding of Payroll and Accounts Payable
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Enter daily employee data from time cards and ensure work history is up to date and complete for each pay cycle
- Issue purchase orders
- Enter accounts payable invoices
- Book hotels for out of town employees
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Maintain office filing system
- Other duties as required
