Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
Post-secondary education (community college or other)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and multi-talk
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Previous experience with accounting software considered an asset
Understanding of Payroll and Accounts Payable

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Answer and direct phone calls
Enter daily employee data from time cards and ensure work history is up to date and complete for each pay cycle
Issue purchase orders
Enter accounts payable invoices
Book hotels for out of town employees
Prepare and deliver bank deposits
Maintain office supply inventory
Maintain office filing system
Other duties as required
