Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting an **Administrative Support Professional **to join the team in Sackville.

As an Administrative Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a family physician’s office. Specific duties include:

- Processing referrals, requests, and other medical documents and forms
- Transcribing, proofreading, and editing reports
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents
- Maintaining databases and producing reports
- Responding to inquiries and providing information
- Performing reception duties
- Performing general clerical and office duties

**Who you are**

You possess a diploma in an administrative support program and have experience with medical terminology and medical transcription, or you have several years of recent and related work experience. You have written and spoken competence in English.
