**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while providing accurate information.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accounts are updated and maintained accurately.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Maintain an orderly front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming to all visitors.
- Utilize office computer systems effectively to manage information and communications.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, or office environment prefered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office phone systems.
- Excellent attention to detail in written communications, and entries.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff alike.
