Waterloo, Canada Tut's Egyptian Street Food Full time

The Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited too:

- Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the Tut's brand
- Monitoring and controlling labor, food and waste costs
- Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
- Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant

Job Requirements:

- Restaurant management experience - two years or more
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred
- College or University Education preferred
- Food handling certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player
- Basic English language skills

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
