Restaurant Manager

The Manager must manage all employees, and ensure all guests expectations are exceeded during their visit. You would be a "hands on working Manager" 70% of the time working the line making food/ serving guests 30% of the time Manager other duties - Inventory Management - To maintain daily prep routines (including par levels) - To put away and organize Food and Beverage orders - To work various shifts, including closing the restaurant up to 2 nights a week, and as needed - Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant - Prepare schedules and ensure restaurant is properly staffed - Responsible for controllable costs: Food and Labour - Measure and evaluate performance standards (KPI's) - Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards are followed. - To maintain cleaning routines - Other duties as required Qualifications and Skills - 4year restaurant management experience, in a QSR type of environment would be an asset. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. - Strong analytical/decision-making skills. - Leadership skills - able to direct, coach, and supervise a team - Customer service skills - able to exceed guest expectations. - A positive and team-oriented attitude. - Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative. - You must be able to _perform efficiently during high volume peak periods._ - Must be able to work flexible hours during, evening, weekends and holidays. - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. - Must be eligible to work in Canada.
