**About the Assistant General Manager Role**:

- This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the GM
- As the Assistant General Manager, you work directly with the General Manager to lead all aspects of the business
- You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance
- The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable growth in Guest counts & greater retention of Team Members
- Drive Service team participation in ongoing learning via our online learning system

**Assistant General Manager Earnings & Perks**:

- $63,000 - $72,000 annual salary
