Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking line and kitchen area.
Ensure food is stored and handled properly to meet food safety standards (e.g., temperature control, hygiene).
Assist with prep work such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the chef or kitchen manager.
Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist with cleaning duties, including dishes and kitchen equipment, when needed.
Adapt to changes in the menu or kitchen procedures as directed by the head chef or sous chef.
