**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute prep and line duties according to recipes and station guides
- Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas (FIFO, temp logs, sanitization)
- Uphold quality, portioning, and plating standards during high-volume service
- Communicate effectively with BOH/FOH and support teammates as needed
- Receive, label, and store deliveries per safety guidelines

**Qualifications**
- Proven line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen; taco/Mexican concept experience is an asset
- Responsible, punctual, and coachable; eager to learn and improve
- Eligible to work in Canada with valid documentation
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong knife skills, prep efficiency, and safe food-handling practices
- Comfortable with KDS/POS and following checklists/SOPs
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb; evening/weekend availability
