Office Administrator

As an experienced Office Administrator, you will strengthen the service to our clients and assist Beltech’s continued growth.
The position will require you to have a high attention to detail and be well organized, with a proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. The position will entail,
- Setting up new project files
- Assisting engineering and maintenance with sourcing parts and materials for ongoing jobs
- Entering purchase orders as required
- Entering vendor bills as they are received
- Assistance with Safety documentation with customers and subcontractors
- Ensuring office supplies are kept fully stocked
**Qualifications/Experience/Education**:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the office and with customers
- 2 years experience as an Office Administrator
- Completion of post secondary certificate or diploma in business administration, office administration or similar
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Compensation**: Hourly - Competitive wages relative to experience and applicable knowledge
