**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Build, foster and maintain professional relationships with students, staff and community partners
- Conduct field placement visits, virtual meetings, mentoring and supporting students
- Resolve placement agency and/or student issues and concerns
- Prepare written summaries of students’ performance
- Participate in program recruitment and promotional events

**Qualifications**:

- Two (2) year Social Service Worker diploma or similar field of study
- Minimum five (5) years experience as a social service worker practitioner
- Knowledge of Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice related to the Social Service Worker (OCSWSSW) program
- Familiarity of social service worker practitioner practice standards
- Working knowledge of office systems and various software

We also provide a balance of on-campus and remote work through our recently introduced Remote Work Policy. As a place-based organization all positions will involve some degree of on campus work.
